COUNSELING PHILOSPHY
My approach to counseling is eclectic; however, I tend to lean towards Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (incorporating mindfulness practices into this). I respect the fact that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. It takes time to discover the most effective approach for each individual. I believe, of utmost importance, is identifying people's unique strengths, and, empowering them to believe in their potential to overcome challenges. |
